Integrating your Kindful account with myRollCall allows you to raise more money…easier:

Turn Kindful Campaigns into myRollCall Events
We make turning your Kindful campaign into a successful event super easy. Once you have integrated myRollCall and Kindful, simply click the “Sync campaign” button in the banner at the top of your page. From there, you will be able to choose the Kindful campaign(s) you want to turn into an event. You’ll then be directed to create an event with all the available data prefilled.

Export an event’s Guest data into Kindful
Ever wish you could have all your guest records for your fundraising event show up painlessly and instantly in Kindful? Now you can! With just one click of a button, all the ticket holders and their guests from your event are imported from myRollCall into Kindful. We make it easy for you to get the most of your valuable data, simply by clicking the “Export to Kindful” button on the “Guests” tab of your event.

Export an event’s Transaction data into Kindful
You no longer have to worry about manually entering your fundraising event financial data into your Kindful account. With just one click of a button, all the transaction records from your event are imported from myRollCall into Kindful. We make it easy for you to get the most out of your valuable data, simply by clicking the “Export to Kindful” button on the “Sales and gifts” subtab of your event’s “Finances” tab.

“Magic” Login
We like to make things as easy as possible. You can begin the integration process by clicking on the myRollCall app in the Kindful App Directory. If you have not yet created a myRollCall account, you will automatically be directed to create one using your Kindful account information. Once you’re in myRollCall, turn your Kindful campaign into a myRollCall event by clicking the blue “Sync a campaign” button in the banner.

Anytime + Smart Sync
Once your data is available in myRollCall, you can export it to Kindful at any time. Simply click one of the available “Export to Kindful” options found in your event’s “Guests” tab and “Sales and gifts” subtab of your “Finances” tab. Have you already exported your data, but now have new entries? No problem–myRollCall smartly syncs with Kindful and won’t duplicate any of your existing data with later exports.

To begin the Kindful Integration, log into your Kindful admin account. Then navigate to the “Apps” tab in the menu on the left side of your screen. This takes you into the Kindful App Directory. Once there, scroll down until you find the myRollCall app. Click on “Learn More” to view the details of the myRollCall app.  

On our myRollCall app detail page, you will see the myRollCall logo, a green “Connect” button, and relevant information including a summary of the integration and other related links. Feel free to view all the information available from the “Visit Site”, “Support Site”, “Privacy Policy”, and “Terms and Conditions” pages.

To complete the integration, simply click the green “Connect” button.

After clicking, you will be routed to myRollCall. Once there, if you do not yet have a myRollCall account we will create one for you using your Kindful account details. You will merely need to confirm the data is correct to finish the account creation process. If you already have a myRollCall account, you will be directed to the Dashboard if you are logged in, or to the Login page if you are currently signed out.   

Once your Kindful account is integrated with your myRollCall account, you will see a banner across the top of any page while logged into myRollCall. This banner will display the Kindful logo and a number of available actions. If you see this banner, including the Kindful logo, your myRollCall account is currently integrated with your Kindful account. If you decide to later disconnect your two accounts, you will no longer see the banner. If you do not see the banner, you are not currently integrated and the options, including data export to Kindful, will not be available.

To turn a Kindful campaign into a myRollCall event, click the “Sync a campaign” button in the Integration banner. This will initiate a dialogue where you can choose from any of your existing Kindful campaigns and turn them into a myRollCall event using the campaign’s existing data.

To export both your financial and guest data, look for the “Export data” option in the sync banner. With just one click, both your guest data and financial data will be exported into Kindful.  If you only wish to sync your financial data or your guest data, visit the respective tabs and use the “Export to Kindful” option there. You will only be able to export data for an event for which you are an Organizer. Look for a green confirmation message to appear across the top of your screen when the export has begun.

To export only your financial data into Kindful while you are logged in as an Organizer, visit your event page in myRollCall. From there, click the “Finances” tab and then the “Sales and gifts” subtab. Exporting is as easy as clicking the “Export to Kindful” button. Look for a green confirmation message to appear across the top of your screen when the export has begun. Don’t forget to withdraw any funds from your custodial account to match the new financial data in Kindful.

To export only your guest data into Kindful, while you are logged in as an Organizer, visit your event page in myRollCall. From there, click the “Guests” tab. Exporting is as easy as clicking the “Export to Kindful” button. Look for a green confirmation message to appear across the top of your screen when the export has begun.

To disconnect your Kindful and myRollCall accounts, simply push “Disconnect” in the sync banner. Look for a green confirmation message to appear at the top of your screen signifying the disconnect has occurred. Once your accounts are unsynced, you will no longer be able to export any data into Kindful. To resync, simply visit the myRollCall app in the Kindful App Directory as if it was your first time to perform the integration, and continue as usual from there.

How does the myRollCall and Kindful integration work?

Integrating Kindful and myRollCall allows you to easily turn your Kindful campaigns into myRollCall events as well as share your event’s guest and financial data with Kindful. With myRollCall’s event management system and financial record tracking, importing your guest and financial data from any event into Kindful has never been easier.

What kind of information is shared between myRollCall and Kindful?

After integrating, myRollCall can create and update Contact, Transaction, Campaigns, Funds, Custom Fields, Groups, and Activity data in Kindful. myRollCall can also view Kindful account Organization and Chapter details and well as query Contact, Transaction, Campaigns, Funds, Custom Fields, Groups, and Activity data.

How do I integrate my Kindful account with myRollCall?

From within your Kindful account, navigate to “Apps” in your sidebar. Once in the Kindful App Directory, scroll down until you see myRollCall. Click the “Learn More” button to view the myRollCall app and then click the green “Connect” button. You will then be redirected to myRollCall where a new myRollCall account will be created for you, if one does not already exist.  It’s that easy! How do I export my event’s financial data into Kindful?

Sign in as the Organizer. From within your event page, navigate to the “Finances” tab. Then, navigate to the “Sales and gifts” subtab. The “Export to Kindful” option is listed under the search bar and above the list of transactions. Simply click on “Export to Kindful” once, and the data will begin importing into Kindful. You will see a green confirmation banner appear at the top of your screen when the import has begun. The data can take a few minutes to import into Kindful, and more if you have recently done multiple import requests. If your myRollCall data has not appeared in your Kindful account after one hour, please contact support@myrollcall.com.

How do I export my event’s guest list into Kindful?

Sign in as the Organizer. From within your event page, navigate to the “Guests” tab.  The “Export to Kindful” option is listed to the right of the guest summary box and above the list of guests. Simply click on “Export to Kindful” once, and the data will begin importing into Kindful. You will see a green confirmation message appear at the top of your screen when the import has begun. The data can take a few minutes to import into Kindful, and more if you have recently done multiple import requests. If your myRollCall data has not appeared in your Kindful account after one hour, please contact support@myrollcall.com.

How do I disconnect my myRollCall account and my Kindful account?

When logged into myRollCall, simply click on the “Disconnect” option of the Kindful sync banner at the top of every page. You will see a green confirmation message appear at the top of your screen when you have successfully disconnected your myRollCall account from Kindful. If you do not see a banner with the Kindful logo and the “Sync a campaign”, “Export data”, and “Disconnect” buttons, your myRollCall account isn’t currently synced with Kindful.  

How do I resync myRollCall account and my Kindful account?

Resyncing your myRollCall account and Kindful account is exactly the same as the first time you integrated myRollCall and Kindful. When logged into your Kindful account, find the myRollCall app from within the Kindful App Directory. From there, click “Learn More” then the “Connect” button.  You will be redirected to myRollCall and your accounts will be reconnected. Who can export information from myRollCall into Kindful?

Only the Organizer of an event may use the Kindful integration options, including exporting data.

I’ve used the “Export to Kindful” option from within myRollCall, but I’m not seeing my data in Kindful?

Please make sure you are logged into your Kindful admin account, the account you integrated with your myRollCall account. If you are missing financial data, please make sure to use the “Export to Kindful” option from the “Sales and gifts” subtab of the “Finances” tab of your event.  If you are missing contact data, such as a guest who did not have a purchase, please make sure to use the “Export to Kindful” option from the “Guests” tab of your event. You can also export both types of data using the “Export data” found in the integration banner at the top of the page. For further assistance, please contact support@myrollcall.com.
