Your Privacy Matters
myRollCall operates an interactive ticketing and registration platform that allows you to obtain various event organization, ticketing and payment services (collectively, the “Services”). Through our platform, Application, and Services, we enable alumni and charity organizations to create and register for events, collect payments for event sales and donations, direct disbursements to event suppliers and vendors, direct reimbursements to members of the organization, accept donations, and maintain a cash balance associated with the organization’s account.
In this Policy we use the term “Personal Information” to describe information that can be associated with an individual and can be used to identify that individual. We do not consider Personal Information to include information that has been anonymized or aggregated so that it does not identify an individual. You represent that if you give us Personal Information on behalf of someone else, the person providing the Personal Information to you gave you consent to provide their individual information to myRollCall. If someone else gives us Personal Information on your behalf, you represent that you gave that person consent to provide your Personal Information to myRollCall.
myRollCall stresses its privacy and security standards to guard against identity theft and provide security for your Personal Information. We regularly re-evaluate our privacy and security policies and adapt them as necessary to deal with new challenges.

Personal Information We Collect
We collect information from you, including Personal Information, when you voluntarily provide information to us. Examples of instances when we collect Personal Information from you include when you register to open an Account, answer questions on our Site or in our Application, complete a survey or otherwise provide feedback regarding the Services, and contact us with questions.

When you use our Service, we automatically record information such as browsing activity and data displayed or clicked on (such as UI elements, ads, and links) and collect other information such as the type of device you use, browser type, operating system version, IP address, data and time of access, and device identifier (or “UDID”). We do not otherwise collect your location-based information.
We may also choose to offer you the option to log into the Application using Touch ID, pursuant to the Touch ID provisions contained in the Terms and Conditions.
How We Use Your Information
myRollCall stores, processes, and maintains data related to you in order to provide support, offer new products and services, and provide our Service to you in accordance with the rules of regulatory bodies. You may choose not to provide such information to us, but if you choose not to provide such information, you will not be able to use the Services.
myRollCall uses and discloses your Personal Information only as follows:
myRollCall may use your Personal Information to communicate with you regarding the Services or to email you about services that we believe may be of interest to you. If you decide at any time that you no longer wish to receive marketing emails from us, please follow the “unsubscribe” instructions provided in the emails. Please note that you cannot opt out of administrative emails such as regulatory, billing, or service notifications.
myRollCall reserves the right to use information about you that is publicly available or available directly or indirectly from credit reporting agencies in verifying your identity, performing background checks, investigating suspicious activity, or for any other purpose for so long as your Account is open or any amount is owed to myRollCall. In the event that myRollCall chooses to undertake such activities, you authorize myRollCall to obtain consumer credit and other reports from any consumer reporting agency or provider of publicly available background to gather information necessary in the sole discretion of myRollCall.
How We Share Your Information
There are certain circumstances, outlined below, in which we may share your Personal Information without further disclosure to you. From time-to-time, we hire or partner with other companies to perform certain business and technology related functions (e.g., database maintenance and payment processing). If we hire or partner with another company to perform a function of this kind, we only provide them with the minimum information they need to perform their specific function. myRollCall maintains physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with applicable federal laws, rules, and regulations to guard your Personal Information.
myRollCall may also share your Personal Information with the entity that is the organizer of any event you register for through the Site or Application. myRollCall has also enabled its event organizers to connect to certain back office and support services for event organization, operation and follow-up, such as enabling event organizers to select application program interface (“API”) connections to third party relationship management providers that support event organization, planning and follow-up. The decision to use such services is solely within the control of each event organizer, and the use of any of your Personal Information forwarded to such third party relationship management providers is solely at the discretion of the event organizer.
In the event that you access the Services as brought to you by one of our co-brand or referral partners, through a co-branded or referral URL or other API, your email address used for registration on the Service may be provided to that co-brand or referral partner.
If myRollCall is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, you will be notified via email and/or a prominent notice on our Site of any change in ownership or uses of your Personal Information, as well as any choices you may have regarding your Personal Information.
User Access and Choice
If the Personal Information on file for you changes, or if you no longer desire our Service, you may correct, update, amend, delete/remove, or deactivate it by emailing Customer Support at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will retain your Personal Information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you Services. We will continue to retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
You may decline to provide Personal Information to myRollCall. Declining to provide Personal Information may, however, disqualify you for Services and Site and Application features that require certain Personal Information.
Cookies / Tracking Technologies
We use both session ID cookies and persistent cookies. A session ID cookie expires when you close your browser. A persistent cookie remains on your hard drive for an extended period of time. You can remove persistent cookies by following directions provided in your Internet browser’s “help” directory. If you reject cookies, you may still use our site, but your ability to use some areas of our site, such as contests or surveys, will be limited.
We do not respond to web browser “do not track” signals at this time. We await the result of work by the policy community and industry to determine when such a response is appropriate and what form it should take.
We employ a software technology called clear gifs (a.k.a. Web Beacons/Web Bugs), that help us better manage content on our site by informing us what content is effective. Clear gifs are tiny graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies, and are used to track the online movements of Web users. In contrast to cookies, which are stored on a user’s computer hard drive, clear gifs are embedded invisibly on Web pages and are about the size of the period at the end of this sentence. We do not tie the information gathered by clear gifs to our customers’ Personal Information. We may also use third-party tracking technology, such as Google Analytics, to record similar information regarding you and your activity on the Site.
We follow generally accepted standards to protect the Personal Information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. No Internet, email, or electronic operating system that enables the transmission of data is ever fully secure or error free, however, so please take special care in deciding what information you send to us in this manner. We do not warrant or guarantee secure access to the Site or Application.

myRollCall is not intended to be used by anyone under the age of 13 and, as such, does not knowingly collect Personal Information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are under the age of 13, please do not submit any Personal Information to myRollCall or use the Service. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child under the age of 13 has provided us with Personal Information without his or her consent, he or she should contact us at email@example.com and we will delete such information from our files.
